Build strength, flexibility, and endurance through fun physical activities while learning safe, age-appropriate weight-lifting techniques. This class is perfect for both serious athletes and those simply looking to learn about or maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.

Pair your workouts with a morning camp and make it a full day experience at Prep!

Mondays & Wednesdays: June 2nd, 4th, 9th, 11th, 16th, 18th, 23rd, and 25th

AGES

Rising 6th to 8th Graders

HOURS

Afternoon Half Day: 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM

Prepare for Camp

  • What to wear: Indoor athletic shoes, shorts, a T-shirt and/or sweatshirt
  • What to bring: Snack, water bottle and sunscreen
  • Where to go: Bell Tower (West)
  • Taught by: Mr. TJ Fyfe (CP Faculty)
